“Fairness is not about giving the same things to people. It’s about giving what each person needs.”
Reading old blog entries can be a really interesting activity to do. Makes me think of the past, be it good or bad. A lot of “What if that didn’t happen?”, “Oh ya, so-and-so did that. I still don’t know why” and “I thought we were friends and I still don’t know what happened” came up. My usual approach would be to ignore them, because knowing the truth doesn’t make any difference to the present. Or does it?
Sometimes when I’m alone, I tend to think about a lot of things, too much at times. Sometimes, I really wonder.
What happened between us?
I’ll probably not get any answers to that question. Even if I do, I don’t think it’ll be the truth anyway. But it’s fine. Seriously. What matters to me is the present, and the present is looking good to me. However, the human being is still a curious animal and it is indeed a bonus if someone can answer that question truthfully, no?
Imagine a coffee date, and I’m listening to you. You said, “Look, here’s what happened…”
Just a note: I wasn’t reading my own entries. Go figure.
“Green tea kills sperms, but it’s ok. You don’t have any.”
And she said “Hey, thanks for this morning.” Completed with a smile.
It’s amazing how a simple sentence like this brightens your day.
Going down for AYG. More later.
“How come your handphone pouch look like a shoe?”
After much procrastination, I finally called Dell and complained about my webcam. It’s not working again! Zzz. The technician coming down on Monday better fix it right. On a brighter note, my Adobe creative suite is finally coming! Next Thursday! (:
School’s starting next week. NIE graduation ceremony on the 14th. DAS training every Tues and Thurs. MY 21ST!
I foresee myself being super busy for the rest of 2009.
Right now, I’ll wait for Simon to pick me up for supper (:
