I think the optician was fed-up with my indecisiveness with astigmatism.

My new specs will be thick and dark red, black.

The future.

 

It seems so surreal.
Till now, I still can’t believe that I’m gonna be a civil servant soon.

First of all, it sounds old.
I’m only freaking 20 years old this year!

Then comes all the secrecy matters.
Under the government now; I better learn to keep my mouth shut on sensitive issues.

Nonetheless, I’m excited about my job and can’t wait to start.
Technically it starts a year later, ie. 2009 cos’ I need to complete a year of training at NIE first.
Let’s just hope this won’t clash with WMC.
If it really does, then it’s really fucked up.
AHHH.

Comparing to my other classmates whom most have taken up the “conventional” job of being childcare teachers,
it’s somehow different; my job and theirs.
Some will also be doing their degrees, something I’ll definitely do in time to come.
We still must meet up ok!

I’m already looking forward to take advantage of the government holiday chalets liao.
Hehe.

PS. There’s something about bossa nova music that is nice.
I just can’t put a finger to it.
